Develop high quality demos and proofs of concept with Appian and tangential technologies Present Appian and Groundswell solution capabilities to business and technical audiences to illustrate value Lead discovery sessions with prospective clients to gather requirements and understand business processes Review requests for information/proposals to determine alignment with Appian Guide prospective clients on architecture design, configuration management, DevSecOps, and other program initiatives to drive technical success Assist with writing functional and technical elements of proposals Ensure solution designs are scalable and performant Discuss implementation best practices and techniques in depth Support internal solutions, infrastructure, and tools Mentorship, training, and enablement of resources Who We Are Looking For
Groundswell seeks an experienced Appian Solutions Consultant to provide integrated development and demo support for sales efforts and to act as a trusted advisor to clients and the growth team. The role involves guiding on Appian capabilities and designing/integrating Appian solutions into client architectures. Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience with Appian solutions 4+ years of related IT experience Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related field Active Appian Senior or Lead Certification Strong experience building intuitive Appian user interfaces and designs Experience demonstrating products as a sales engineer/solutions consultant Strong technical design and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly, both verbally and in writing; active listening, analytical and strategic thinking Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, capable of independent and team work experience with RDBMS (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL/MariaDB) Web services, integrations and middleware (e.g., RESTful/SOAP, Mule/IIB/Fusion) Preferred Skills
UI/UX Design Cloud Computing/IaaS (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Authentication (SAML, Kerberos, OAuth, LDAP) Data management and data visualization/BI DevSecOps and/or Configuration Management Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence Benefits

The salary range for this role reflects a wide range of factors including skill sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications, and other business needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $115,439.00 - $162,293.00 Note:
