Responsibilities
Make a memorable first and last impression.
Greet incoming and departing guests in a welcoming manner.
Seat guests in the dining and bar areas, ensuring a smooth handoff to service staff.
Coordinate the wait and seat guests with a sense of urgency.
Always smile and have genuine conversations with guests.
Have general knowledge of food and drink menu; recommend and upsell products.
Answer the phone in a prompt and professional manner and direct calls.
Team player: assist with bussing tables, delivering food, bar beverages, and guest service.
Lead the lobby experience for each guest, following Outback hospitality standards.
Committed to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during the shift.
Requirements
Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs; work in hot and cold environments.
Walk, stand, or bend for long periods while performing essential duties.
For all California based positions: Responsible Beverage Service Certifications required; can be completed during training, up to 60 days after start date.
