Overview
Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™ is the fastest-growing commercial real estate company in the country. We are looking for Senior Leasing Associates with experience creating value for landlords by reducing vacancies and developing strategies to increase tenant market presence.
Responsibilities
Research landlords and tenants
Develop property concepts through industry trend analysis
Attend networking and industry events
Conduct property tours and explain property features and benefits
Market space to prospective tenants
Prepare letters of intent and negotiate lease terms
Coordinate efficient lease-up process with multiple parties
Qualifications
Must have a Real Estate License
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience
3-5 years of sales experience preferred, but not required
Competitive nature and strong prospecting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of prospecting and ability to penetrate new accounts
Organizational competency to maintain regular contact with a large database of clients and prospects
Strong grasp of mathematics and ability to complete financial analysis and underwriting of investment real estate
Professional work ethic, integrity, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Industrious personality and coachability
Insatiable appetite for success
