Life Insurance Broker - Commission Based We are looking for a competitive Insurance Sales Representative to help us expand our business by actively assisting senior citizens within their community. The organization has proven continuous growth and has been a very lucrative industry throughout the years. Production Growth: 2019: 42.7 million 2020: 53.1 million 2021: 77.3 million 2022: 87.6 million 2023: 104 million 2024: 125 million Responsibilities: Following strategies to educate and sell insurance Building sincere rapport with customers Collecting details from clients in order to fully assist them Being fully aware of the company’s services and policies Follow ALL legal and ethical procedures/practices Requirements: MUST be able to pass a background check MUST have a valid driver's license and own form of reliable transportation MUST be coachable and ready to learn Computer savvy Minimum of one year customer service experience High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance/Business (recommended but not required)
