Job Summary: We are seeking a Leasing Specialist for our apartment communities. Successful candidates will be energetic, flexible, responsible, and eager to participate in a team environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating the leasing process, managing prospective tenants, and ensuring a positive renting experience. With strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach, the Leasing Specialist will contribute to maximizing occupancy rates and providing exceptional customer service. Qualifications: Experience preferred but not required. Willing to train the right person. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members. Must be able to work on the West Bank and in Kenner.
