Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients. Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Review and update client policies as needed. Maintain accurate client records using the client management system. Assist clients with claims, endorsements, and payment of premiums. Requirements
Maine Property & Casualty License or previous insurance agency experience. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in computer applications (CMS software, Microsoft Office Suite). Compensation and Benefits
