Responsibilities
Show properties and work with buyers. Market properties and work with sellers. Research local real estate market. Answer phones for new business. Determine appropriate home and land prices. Identify key selling points. Negotiate contracts. Add homes to MLS and other sites. Remain current with continued training and education. Requirements
Active real estate license required. Must be 18 years old and have valid driver's license. Two years’ real estate experience preferred and must be well versed in real estate law and rules. Qualified candidates will understand the customer’s needs and goals, have excellent people and problem solving skills plus the ability to work independently and the motivation to meet sales goals.
