What you\'ll step into: High-converting lead flow, proven systems, accountability, and coaching; PLACE Inc. marketing, tech, and transaction support; mentorship from a team that\u2019s done hundreds of deals a year; opportunity to earn, grow, and eventually lead at a high level. This is your chance to become the next front-facing powerhouse of our team — with support, structure, and a name that\u2019s already built. You bring the fire. We\u2019ll bring the fuel. Graduate from PLACE Launch Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology Conduct two open houses monthly Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments Participate in weekly script practice per team standards Participate in team activities per team standards Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services Qualifications
Licensed Real Estate Agent with experience Thrives in fast-paced, lead-rich environments Willing to work hard, stay humble, and learn at the top Ready to lead clients and represent a top-tier brand About our team
