IRT Living – Leasing Professional As a Leasing Consultant, your goal will be to energetically and professionally represent our innovative, fast-growing company to current and prospective residents. You will build long-term relationships with residents and co-workers, act as a product expert, and serve as a resource for property information. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your charisma and sales skills to market and lease our multi-family homes. It is ideal for someone who is engaging, motivated, and driven to help people find their next home. A Typical Day: Welcome prospective residents, understand their needs, tour the community, and highlight relevant amenities. Follow up with prospects and work towards leasing units. Complete all steps of the lease application process. Provide expert information on community offerings, rents, and amenities. Conduct off-site and online market research and assist with marketing plans. Coordinate resident social events to enhance community satisfaction.
