Minimum 2 years’ experience and NMLS Safe Act compliant Active state license Established contacts and referral partners Knowledge of different loan types and credit bureaus Experience with the loan process and underwriting guidelines Funding $1 million in self-generated production College degree preferred but not required with proven mortgage experience Proven ability to solicit new business proactively Strong communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and remotely Additional Information
