Position Overview:
Banyan Living is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for showcasing our properties, building relationships with potential residents, and facilitating the leasing process from inquiry to move-in.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage prospective residents, providing them with a tour of the community and models Understand and identify the needs of potential residents, recommending suitable apartments based on their preferences Manage the leasing process, including applications, background checks, and lease signing, while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations Follow up with potential tenants to enhance conversion rates, maintaining accurate logs of communication Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract qualified leads Participate in resident retention efforts and community events to foster a welcoming environment Support the management team with administrative tasks and provide feedback on market trends Requirements:
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings Prior experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required Familiarity with property management software and proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail A positive attitude, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset Benefits:
