Position Summary The
Pricing Analyst
will work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. The analyst is responsible for all aspects of assigned regional healthcare account pricing, supporting regional field sales leaders, and partnering with internal departments to provide accurate and timely pricing assistance.
Responsibilities
Partner with the Area Director of Corporate Accounts and Contract Administrator to ensure timely submission of all Requests for Pricing (RFPs) within the assigned territory.
Review price files before sending to hospital and/or Contract Administrator for inclusion in RFPs and agreements.
Coordinate new contract execution with the Contract Administration team, ensuring all pricing parameters are correctly entered in Globus’ ERP system.
Support field sales by providing pricing and account data analyses, accurate reporting, and discrepancy resolution; work with departments such as Accounts Receivable and Customer Service.
Prepare pricing analyses for executive management review.
Identify efficiencies and lead Continuous Process Improvement projects.
Adhere to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies.
Maintain compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally.
Represent the company in a professional manner, upholding the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field is required; equivalent relevant experience and education may be considered.
2‑3 years of experience in a financial, sales, or pricing analysis role; specific experience with medical devices is a plus.
Advanced MS Excel skills. Experience with SQL, PowerBI, R, or Python is a plus.
Extensive sales database experience.
Excellent relationship management, problem‑solving, written and verbal communication skills, and a high level of professional conduct.
Proven ability to analyze pricing and account data, provide accurate reporting, and resolve discrepancies.
Strong analytical thinking, mathematical aptitude, and the capacity to handle heavy workload.
Physical Demands
Required to sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Required to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Required to possess specific vision abilities, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
