Senior Pricing Analyst – Chandler, AZ (Full-time, Exempt, Department: Finance). The Pricing Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the company’s commercial strategy by developing, analyzing, and optimizing pricing models for satellite telecommunications products and services. This role will lead the development of scalable pricing templates, tools, and processes that establish a foundation for data-driven decision-making across opportunities. The role partners with sales, finance, engineering, and program management to evaluate cost structures, market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and competitive intelligence to recommend pricing strategies that align with corporate objectives and maximize profitability. Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize pricing models for satellite hardware, services, and telecommunications solutions. Establish pricing documentation and processes that serve as the baseline framework for future analysis. Conduct cost analysis with engineering, supply chain, and finance teams to determine accurate pricing baselines. Analyze competitive intelligence, industry benchmarks, and market conditions to inform pricing recommendations. Support proposal development and contract negotiations by preparing pricing justifications, cost breakdowns, and risk assessments. Ensure compliance with government regulations (e.g., FAR, DFARS, ITAR) and internal audit standards in pricing practices. Provide scenario modeling, margin analysis, and profitability forecasting to support executive decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing strategies align with customer requirements and long-term business objectives. Prepare pricing presentations and reports for leadership, highlighting insights, risks, and opportunities. Contribute to the development of pricing policies, procedures, and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy. Requirements

Strong knowledge of cost analysis, pricing methodologies, and financial modeling. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools. Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. security clearance, if required. Skills

Familiarity with government contracting regulations (FAR/DFARS) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS). Experience supporting proposals for government and/or commercial customers in aerospace/telecom. Knowledge of enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle, Deltek Costpoint, or equivalent). Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including variance and trend analysis. Process-oriented mindset with experience building scalable pricing frameworks, policies, or toolkits. Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred. Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in financial work. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex pricing data to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across finance, engineering, supply chain, and sales teams. High ethical standards and commitment to compliance. Education

Bachelor’s degree required. A Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Experience

Typically requires 3–5 years of relevant experience in pricing, cost analysis, or financial planning in aerospace, defense, or telecommunications industries. Equal Opportunity
