Proficiency with CRM platforms. Experience with reviewing contracts and legal agreements. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 2–4 years of experience in commercial real estate. Competitive drive with a collaborative mindset. Professional work ethic and unwavering integrity. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Note: This is a full-commission role. Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and prospect for new opportunities. Conduct research on property and client information. Foster and develop client relationships. Perform financial analysis and presentations for income-producing properties. Coordinate marketing campaigns and oversee listing management. Conduct market research and analyze real estate trends.
