Responsibilities
Develop business through a consultative approach with current and prospective clients.
Diversify income across property and casualty, life, and health insurance lines.
Manage schedules flexibly to balance work and personal life.
Educate clients about our products and collaborate with COUNTRY Trust Bank Financial Advisors.
Establish and manage an office, including building a staff.

5+ years in business ownership or management
