Intrinsic Development is seeking a

Full-Time Leasing Specialist

to join the team at

Alura Luxury Apartments , part of the Discovery Park development in Lee's Summit. As a key member of our leasing team, this role serves as a brand ambassador, driving leasing success and delivering an exceptional first impression for future residents of this premier community. Responsibilities

Responsible for the entire lease signing process from lead to signed lease. Develops relationships with potential residents using a consultative sales approach. Manages follow-up with prospects and determines next steps based on stage of the sales process. Keep meticulous notes and records of all telephone and in-person visits on guest cards and in Entrata. Ensure all paperwork, documents, signatures and deposits are collected before move-in. Distribute and follow-up on renewal notices, creating urgency to re-sign lease. Provide exceptional service to residents by answering questions, submitting maintenance requests, and addressing concerns in coordination with the Community Manager. Assist with move-in and move-out inspection processes. Assist with daily inspection of show units, amenities and tour routes, promptly addressing trash or visual concerns and reporting needed repairs. Assist with outreach marketing activities to drive prospective resident traffic. Assist with market surveys by researching competitive communities. Assist marketing team in planning and attending resident events to ensure success. Support management with additional tasks and special projects as needed. Qualifications

REQUIRED;

Availability to participate in Saturday shift rotations (every other Saturday from 8:00am to 12:00pm). REQUIRED;

Availability to work weekdays from 9:00am to 6:00pm. MUST HAVE;

Sales and Customer Service experience is a must. Strong written and oral communication skills. Self-motivated, deadline-driven and highly organized. Flexible and adaptable to changing situations. Effective listener with the ability to understand the needs of team members at all levels. Ability to interact effectively with project teams, clients and authorities. Job Details
