What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and customer service - Knowledge of mortgage lending laws, regulations, and guidelines - Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software - High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred - NMLS certification required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience in commissioned sales and financial services - Bilingual in Spanish - Familiarity with Encompass, Cleartouch, OnBase, and CRM software
