Under the direction of the Lead/Primary Loan Originator, performs part-time office or non-manual work related to the management or general business operations of PrimeLending and its customers. Promotes PrimeLending products and services to clients such as realtors, builders, bank officers, and potential or past clients. Acts as a liaison between team members and branch operations. Responsibilities
Engages in residential mortgage loan origination activities, including taking applications and negotiating loan terms. Markets and promotes PrimeLending’s financial products. Builds and maintains relationships with realtors, bank officers, builders, and sales representatives. Assists with loan volume management and processes residential mortgage loans efficiently. Monitors customer interactions from application to closing, including counseling and pre-qualifying buyers. Collects and analyzes customer financial information. Schedules appointments and interacts with all parties involved in each loan transaction. Obtains necessary documentation, communicates loan status, and manages post-closing documentation. Negotiates loan terms and stays updated on relevant rules and regulations. Maintains professionalism and adheres to company policies and customer service standards. Performs other duties as needed. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent, with required state licenses. Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance. At least 6 months of real estate or financial services experience. Active NMLS registration and licenses in good standing. Strong communication, judgment, and decision-making skills. Proficiency with data assessment and loan origination software.
