Product Owner/Agile Business Analyst

Cilver, a global consulting and IT services leader, is focused on making businesses work efficiently. We help businesses justify ROI and define and track real business outcomes. We are seeking a Product Owner/Agile Business Analyst to join our team in King of Prussia, PA. Qualifications:

The candidate will exhibit leadership and facilitation skills to help ensure the definition and prioritization of the Team Backlog. Face-to-face interaction is mandatory. This is a contract-to-hire position. Responsibilities:

Build, prune, and maintain the program backlog with input from stakeholders. Work closely with the Product Manager to share Content Authority responsibility for the solution. Contribute to Vision and Program Backlogs. Own the Team backlog and implementation. Co-locate with the Scrum Team and serve as the customer proxy for the solution. Drive iteration content via prioritized stories. Review and re-prioritize the backlog for Agile Release Train (ART) ceremony readiness. Coordinate content dependencies with other Product Owners. Act as the main source for user story detail and priorities. Accept the final iteration plan. Facilitate the process for Just-in-time story creations and acceptance criteria. Accept user stories into the baseline, including validation that the story meets acceptance criteria and persistent acceptance tests. Fulfill a quality assurance function focused primarily on fitness for use. Produce an aggregated, system/product demo for key program stakeholders. Work with the Scrum Master and Product Managers to facilitate preparation and readiness for each planning session. Work with the Scrum Team during the ART ceremonies to provide story definition and clarification. Requirements:

Team Lead/Project experience. Display Servant Leadership skills. Knowledgeable in the business domain, with a background in Product Management and/or Business Analysis desirable. Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks. Strong Process orientation. Strong conceptual grasp of technology with a successful history of delivering technical projects. Strong understanding of SAFe or iterative development processes, quality, and testing best practices. Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent relevant experience. Grasp of good design principles and technical trade-offs. Experience interfacing with management. Desire to work collaboratively with all Agile teams and their stakeholders. Ability to be decisive and say “no” when protecting committed Objectives. Understand the overall vision and how the Product fits with that vision. Proven decision-making and problem-solving skills. Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including understanding of technical writing requirements.
