Responsibilities: Managing a variety of accounts worth $8k - $2m across healthcare, retail, hospitality, and finance. Ensuring retention of accounts by securing renewals. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building and ensuring strong, long-term client relationships with C-Suite. Actively engage with clients to understand their needs, goals, and challenges. Cross, upsell and find opportunities for growth within your accounts. Conduct regular account reviews and ensure all necessary reporting is completed accurately and on time. Monitor account performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement or growth. The Ideal Candidate: 3 - 5 years’ experience in an Account Executive role with tech / SaaS / marketing. Remote but based with eastern time zone. Proactive, switched on with initiative. Detail oriented and highly organized. Strong communicator who can handle objections. Polished, professional with strong relationship building skills.
