We are seeking a high energy, driven and motivated Benefits Account Manager with a minimum of 3/4 years benefits accounts management experience. We are searching for an exceptional hands-on/self-starter to join our results oriented family and expand our NJ area footprint. Ability to travel as needed locally to our clients to enhance great customer service and excellent partnership. JOB SUMMARY: Prepare carrier RFP's and use agency portal when applicable to search for prospect and client insurance solutions, spreadsheet and map options for Medical/ Dental/ Vision/Life/STD/LTD. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION: Benefits Account Manager: Partner with sales call analysis and data gathering Strategize on proposing new plans and strategies Mapping current plans with new plans and spread sheeting Making deduction strategy recommendations Utilize Kaiser Report and similar data to help show benchmarking Working with carriers to secure RFP for all types of insurance Fully Insured, Self-Funded, Level-Funded, HSA., HRA., FSA Teledoc, Wellness, etc. Ancillary coverage’s (Dental, Vision, Life, STD, LTD, etc.) Help create sales presenting ideas and strategies with prospects Upon alignment, assist with the open enrollment process Work with Triton Ben Admin so they can build out open enrollment and ACA set-up Provide semi-annual status report on plan performance and make recommendations and renewal process Manage and oversee plan data and associated rules having to do with open and life events have been built out using Navigator or similar online portal Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations such as the Health Care Act and HIPPA Update client and employee cases into SFDC CRM What We Offer, The Triton Advantage: Competitive Compensation: We offer an attractive base salary and a quarterly bonus one of the most competitive in our industry.
