We are seeking for an experienced Business Analyst, who will join the Organization, and will support the implementation of strategic initiatives for improved efficiency and productivity. The Business Analyst is expected to analyze business processes and functions aiming to propose, present and contribute to the implementation of optimization actions. These may include procedural changes and /or automation on IT systems and platforms. The role may also undertake project management tasks. Responsibilities
Analyzing business functions and processes to identify improvement actions and prepare proposals for process reengineering. Participating in documenting new or modifying existing processes based on approved business process improvement proposals. Analyzing time and transaction metrics related to Business Units activities in the context of operational reengineering. Conducting internal surveys (through questionnaires) to identify areas for improvement actions. Engaging with project management activities. Preparing functional specifications for Business process activity monitoring tools Effectively performing User Acceptance Tests (UATs) and review the manuals and documentation, to ensure deliverable requirements are met. Qualifications
Degree in Finance/Economics, Business Administration or Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (BSc, MSc) Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in business process reengineering, project management and business analysis Proficiency in business process analysis and methodologies Knowledge / experience in the Banking sector (systems/processes) will be considered as an asset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, customer oriented and results-driven mindset, with attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
