Position: Construction Superintendent As a Construction Superintendent with Burdg-Dunham, you’ll be responsible for on-site coordination of all phases of commercial construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, materials, and equipment. You will ensure that specifications are strictly followed and that work proceeds on schedule and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and an in-depth understanding of retail construction processes.
Responsibilities:
Plan, lead, direct, and monitor construction and maintenance activities.
Ensure safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness of work.
Implement work assignments and manpower according to project schedules and estimates.
Lead safety meetings.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Ability to perform complex layouts.
Effective communication with Building Officials and Mall Management.
Organized and proficient with computers.
Knowledgeable about all aspects of each trade.
