Our client, a long-standing, family-owned independent insurance agency in South Jersey, is seeking a
Commercial Lines Manager
to lead a team of 8 Account Managers. The agency is known for its strong culture, commitment to work-life balance, and nearly 100 years of client-focused service. Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a team servicing a diverse book across industries and coverage lines Support retention and growth of commercial accounts, including condo associations Collaborate with producers and carriers on renewals, pricing, and service delivery Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and internal procedures Contribute to departmental planning, reporting, and performance tracking Qualifications
Active P&C license required 5+ years of commercial insurance experience, including 2+ in a leadership role Strong coverage knowledge and team management skills CIC or CPCU a plus Why This Role
