Associate Director, Private Client Services
Deloitte’s Private Client Services team in Bristol is seeking an experienced tax professional to advise its entrepreneurial and high net worth clients. This role provides a great opportunity to build lasting client relationships while expanding your expertise across a diverse range of topics. You will work with a market-leading team advising dynamic clients, ranging from entrepreneurs and private business owners to family groups and high net worth individuals. You will play a crucial part in growing our business and developing the team. This will involve having an integral role in targeting new clients, building relationships in the local market and team strategy. Are you ready to make your mark? Responsibilities
Owning and developing existing client relationships and cultivating new relationships. Collaborating directly with partners and directors on our largest and most complex clients. Playing a key role in business development initiatives, including client targeting, hosting and presenting at events and being active in your local market. Delivering high quality tax advice to your portfolio of entrepreneurial and high net worth clients. Managing and developing junior team members, fostering their professional and technical growth to enhance team capabilities. Collaborating with colleagues across different service lines to provide holistic solutions to our clients. Proactively advising our clients of significant upcoming tax changes. Guiding our clients through the ever-changing tax landscape and help clients to plan strategically. Requirements
Experience in a practice firm Full ICAEW or CTA qualification (or equivalent) Strong written and verbal skills The ability to plan and prioritise their workload effectively to meet deadlines Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships A proactive approach to problem solving and willingness to take ownership of their work Ability to exercise an appropriate level of judgement and make sound decisions Drive and spirit to succeed and exceed our clients’ expectations Proven track record in identifying and winning new client engagements Strong understanding of the local private client market and key drivers Proven ability to host and present effectively at local events and webinars Dedication to their own personal development, and that of their wider team Business acumen and a strong commercial awareness The ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and respond effectively to client needs A good team player with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels A proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with wider team and key stakeholders Experience of managing a team and working with colleagues of different levels Hybrid Working Policy:
