We are a high-performance real estate team looking for a full-time real estate acquisitions specialist. You will hunt, prepare, and close deals, ensuring each transaction is smooth and successful. This role is key to our growth and success, and we provide the necessary tools and support for our acquisitions team to excel.
Responsibilities
Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and secure deals
Act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers to facilitate smooth closings
Respond promptly to all leads to advance business opportunities
Utilize the CRM daily to track contact interactions and monitor the sales process
Analyze property values using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research
Qualifications
Passion for selling and a strong drive to succeed
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with superior phone skills for setting and closing appointments
Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent experience
At least 1 year of experience in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred
Compensation
$75,000 - $150,000 yearly
