Remote Senior Product Manager - Tagus Labs

Key Responsibilities: Lead Product Development: Drive initiatives to develop, deploy, and enhance our products in the Liquid Staking or Liquid Restaking space, ensuring they meet users' needs and align with market demand. Strategy and Execution: Define and refine the product vision. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and product team members to create a cohesive strategy that drives growth and user adoption. Stakeholder Engagement: Gather feedback from users and internal stakeholders to continuously improve the product. Ensure all product decisions are data-driven and aligned with strategic goals. Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough research on competitors and industry trends. Implement innovative features that keep our products competitive and ahead of the market. Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years in product management with experience in DeFi. Passion for Web3/Blockchain: A genuine interest in blockchain technology, its impact on industries, and Liquid Staking or Liquid Restaking space. Analytical and Research Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Ability to conduct thorough market and competitor research. Project Management: Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools like Jira. Ability to work across multiple projects while maintaining the structure and organization of the team. Communication and Leadership: Good communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams. Innovation Management: Stay ahead of industry trends and implement innovative features that differentiate our products from competitors.
