About the Role

The OD Manager will play a critical role in shaping organisational effectiveness by designing and implementing interventions that build culture, enhance employee engagement, and strengthen leadership capability. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong knowledge of organisational development theories, psychometrics, and change management Key Key responsibilities: Organisational Development Partner with leaders and HRBPs to identify organisational needs and design tailored OD interventions. Support HRBPs in implementing OD initiatives. Psychometric Assessments & Talent Insights Support recruitment, development, and succession planning through psychometric insights. Engage and manage psychometric service providers. Provide expert advice on the ethical use of assessment results. Employee Wellbeing & Engagement Design and manage wellbeing initiatives that build resilience and productivity. Partner with service providers and manage contracts, invoices, and referrals. Provide direct employee and team wellbeing support. Team & Leadership Interventions Design and facilitate workshops and team development sessions. Embed coaching and feedback practices to strengthen leadership. Advise HRBPs on team interventions. Culture & Change Enablement Drive culture initiatives and support change enablement programmes. Partner with leaders to cultivate and embed a values-driven culture. What you’ll need: Team dynamics, coaching interventions, and culture embedding. Qualification: Honours Degree (NQF 8) in Industrial Psychology or Human Resources (master’s preferred). Professional registration withSABPP or HPCSA(Psychometrist registration advantageous). Experience:

+8 years in OD and industrial psychology. Knowledge & Skills: Business policies, processes, procedures, and legal compliance. HPCSA regulations, ethics, and psychometrics. OD theories, change management methodology, EE legislation. Wellbeing frameworks and service provider management.
