The Carby Corporation is looking for a driven, independent Manufacturer’s Sales Representative with a proven ability to support a core base of customers to increase sales and awareness of The Carby Corporation’s deep drawn metal stamping (micro deep drawing) products and value-added services. The Representative will be responsible for routine customer support, revenue growth, forecasting, account management, new business development, as well as quality and technical support. Day-to-day tasks include interacting with customers, quotation submittal and follow-up, developing new business opportunities, CRM updates, and sales funnel management. Frequent interaction with headquarters departments including Sales and Marketing, Inside Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality, and Finance. Location:

Competitive Responsibilities: Make Connections & Develop Relationships:

Cultivate and leverage existing connections with buyer teams to introduce and promote The Carby Corporation’s deep drawn metal stamping products and services. Sales Growth:

Devise and implement effective sales strategies to drive company awareness, product adoption, and meet revenue targets in respective territory. New Business Development:

Generate new sales for Carby products and services, including, but not limited to, regularly connecting with Carby sales team leadership, providing monthly updates, setting meetings with buyers, and penetrating engineering and NPD teams to secure new design wins for The Carby Corporation. Market Analysis:

Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and challenges. Report findings to sales leadership on a timely basis. Maintain Account Leadership:

Anticipate and solve for routine issues including but not limited to: on time delivery, open orders management, new purchase order placement, new quotation development, quality complaint resolution, and single call resolution. Qualifications: Proven ability to develop markets to maintain and increase the sale of The Carby Corporation products and services Proven sales experience in manufacturer sales in the industrial products manufacturing industry, preferably deep drawn metal stamping Demonstrated customer service and sales skills Technically proficient. Ability to network and penetrate customers’ new product development (NPD) and engineering departments to secure next generation design wins for Carby Ability to work independently and close sales efficiently Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Expert utilization and knowledge of CRM systems and sales funnel software: (Constant Contact & Sharp Spring) Strong analytical skills and business acumen Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks Ability to travel as required within the assigned territory Contact Jim Head to learn more about joining Carby’s growing team of respected independent sales representatives.
