Job Description EchoPark Automotive is hiring a Financial Document Specialist for our store located in Grand Prairie, TX. As Financial Document Specialist, you will play an important role in the smooth and accurate review of all paperwork required to complete the sale of vehicles at our store. If you’re a self-sufficient, resilient person who enjoys working in a fast-paced, fun environment, then we’re looking for you. As a Financial Document Specialist, you will be responsible for accurate and timely execution of the financial documentation process.
What You’ll Do
Assist with the final steps of the purchase process
Provide accurate and timely completed paperwork for successful processing
Verify insurance, trade payoffs, and obtain deposits
Work until closing a couple shifts per week
What We’re Looking For
Demonstrated customer service and attention to detail
Experience in a retail environment and retail hours (including Saturdays)
Be transparent
