U Pull R Parts in Toledo is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Cashier/Automotive Parts Specialist to join our team. This full-time position offers
four (4) 10-hour shifts per week, specifically on Mondays, Tuesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays . The role involves providing excellent customer service by accurately recognizing and ringing up automotive parts, efficiently directing customers to yard locations, and assisting customers in our lobby. Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their part needs. Identify and recognize various automotive parts accurately. Direct and manage customer traffic in the lobby to ensure a smooth flow of operations. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment. Perform cashier duties, including processing transactions and handling cash. Communicate effectively with customers, peers, and management to ensure a positive experience. Work a 40-hour week, 8:30 am - 6:30 pm (Summer Hours) with shifts Monday, Tuesday, Saturday andSunday. Qualifications
Experience with automobile part identification is required. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Proficient in verbal and written English; bilingual skills are preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and remain attentive to customer needs. Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service. Physical ability to move, talk, hear, reach, grab, and stand throughout the day, with occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Compensation
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits
