What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the full preconstruction and estimating process for multimillion-dollar custom builds Develop detailed budgets, conceptual estimates, and value engineering strategies Collaborate with architects, consultants, and ownership to align vision with cost Analyze plans, specs, and site conditions to ensure comprehensive and accurate estimates Evaluate subcontractor bids and build relationships with top-tier trade partners Partner with project managers to ensure smooth transitions from estimating to execution
