This is a newly created role designed to support continued growth across a diverse commercial real estate portfolio. The attorney will independently manage transactions from start to finish, with a strong focus on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and joint ventures with development partners.
Responsibilities: Lead CRE transactions end-to-end, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and joint ventures Draft and negotiate PSAs and related transactional documents Partner with internal stakeholders on deal structuring and execution Support a broad range of commercial real estate asset classes Manage outside counsel as needed
Qualifications: 5+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience Ability to run deals independently xsgimln with minimal supervision Strong business acumen and comfort operating in a lean environment Law firm or in-house background considered Licensed to practice law in the U.S.
