I’m partnered with a Tier-1 General Contractor seeking a Safety Divisional Director to lead and scale safety operations across Southern California.
This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving safety strategy, compliance, and culture across multiple heavy civil and infrastructure projects. You will work closely with executive leadership, operations, and project teams to implement and sustain best-in-class safety standards as the business continues to grow.
Key Requirements: 5+ years of construction safety experience CHST (minimum) – Board of Certified Safety Professionals OSHA 500 – OSHA Training Institute (required) Proven experience delivering xsgimln construction safety training Competent Person – Excavation certified Working knowledge of confined space entry Strong understanding of cranes and rigging
