Job Description The Global IT PMO ensures that projects, programs and initiatives across Calderys are delivered in a consistent, transparent and well-governed way. This role is a key governance position within the IT PMO, working closely with the IT PMO Leader and senior IT stakeholders to ensure:

adherence to IT governance standards,

high-quality portfolio reporting,

clear visibility on risks, decisions, actions and financials,

and continuous improvement of PMO processes and controls.

This is not a delivery PM role, but a control, governance and performance enablement role with strong exposure to senior management.

Why this role? This position offers high-visibility to senior IT leadership, and a real influence over how IT projects are governed and key decisions are made. You'll play a central role in shaping and maturing a global IT PMO, with broad exposure across portfolio management, financial oversight, and strategic initiatives. The position offers long-term stability and strong development potential within a globally connected IT function.

Responsibilities IT Governance & Portfolio Oversight

Consolidate all IT initiatives into a single Global IT Portfolio

Ensure compliance with IT PMO governance standards, methodologies and reporting requirements

Maintain and actively manage the IT PMO RAAIIDD log (Risks, Assumptions, Actions, Issues, Decisions, Dependencies)

Follow up with project and program owners on governance actions and escalations

Support project audits, maturity assessments and governance reviews

Reporting & Performance Management

Collect, consolidate and analyze project, portfolio and resource data

Produce clear, standardized portfolio and project reports for senior management

Support preparation of management reviews, governance forums and SteerCos

Track delivery, quality, capacity and dependency metrics across initiatives

Financial & Capacity Follow-up

Support tracking of IT budgets (CAPEX / OPEX / RUN / one-off)

Monitor actuals vs forecast and support multi-year financial planning

Maintain and update IT resource capacity planning views

Processes, Tools & Continuous Improvement

Support the definition, adoption and continuous improvement of IT PMO processes

Drive consistent use of PMO tools, templates and reporting standards

Contribute to PMO maturity improvement initiatives

Stakeholder & Communication Support

Support alignment between IT initiatives and business priorities

Prepare meeting materials, minutes and action follow-ups for governance meetings

Act as a trusted PMO partner for project managers and IT leaders

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering or related field

Solid understanding of project / program / portfolio management concepts

Experience working with governance frameworks, reporting or PMO environments

Strong analytical and structuring skills; comfortable with complex data sets

Ability to challenge, follow up and drive governance topics diplomatically

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hungarian

Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple seniority levels

High level of integrity and discretion

Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
