Responsibilities
Represent the dealer sales lane on sale days.
Promote Manheim’s products and services.
Help dealers prepare vehicles for auction.
Negotiate bids, offer pricing guidance, and advise on reconditioning.
Solve problems and be the friendly face our clients count on.
Who You Are Quick thinker, problem solver, and relationship builder with the drive to make every auction day a success.
Minimum Requirements
A high school diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in a related field. A suitable candidate may also have a degree or certification in a related discipline or up to 5 years of experience.
A valid driver’s license.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to perform at a high level and adapt within a fast‑paced team environment.
Vision requirements: able to see close, far, and in color; judge distances; adapt to changes in focus.
Preferred Qualifications
1 to 3 years of auction experience or 2 to 4 years of dealership experience.
Previous sales support role experience.
Bilingual in English/Spanish.
