Executive Assistant & Customer Service Representative Location: Whippany, NJ (Onsite) JD: Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration, Communications, or related field).

Experience:

2 years of administrative/executive assistant experience.

1 year of customer service or client-facing experience.

Experience working with NCR and/or AS400 platforms strongly preferred.

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able adott to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Professional demeanor, discretion, and strong interpersonal skills.
