Role Summary Reporting to the Digital Commerce Manager, The Digital Commerce B2B Solution Specialist will be responsible for promoting digital enablement within the Kendall Group customer base. This role will involve building training material and documentation that will be used to educate about E-Commerce, and working with Marketing to develop campaigns designed to promote our digital capabilities to our customers. The Digital Commerce B2B Solution Specialist will interface directly with Sales and customers to identify E-Commerce opportunities and coordinate with appropriate teams for deployment of all types of B2B commerce customer onboarding.
Exciting work you'll do:
Provide expertise relating to all our digital commerce offerings, and be able to communicate the benefit that these tools can bring to our customers
Promote adoption of our digital self-service tools (websites, apps, etc) both within our sales organization and directly to customers
Available to meet with customers alongside sales staff, with the goal of promoting our digital tools to strategic accounts
Generate or coordinate training content (PowerPoint presentations, videos, help pages, articles, etc) for customers and sales staff relating to Kendall ecommerce capabilities
Work with Marketing to produce and distribute digital communications surrounding E-Commerce
Oversee B2B E-Commerce projects (Punchouts, Order Automation, Invoice Automation, Vendor Managed Inventory, special API, etc); work directly with sales and customer to document requirements, and then coordinate with appropriate resources (Digital Commerce Support, Information Systems group and/or third party) for implementation
Build and maintain project documentation to monitor and track progress
Monitor and summarize progress of B2B Commerce projects and integrations. Prepare reports for management regarding status of open projects
Provide input to Digital Commerce Manager relating to the roadmap for our digital commerce tools, with an eye towards improving User Experience
Identify e-commerce issues that need to be escalated and work with the appropriate resource (Information Systems group or outside support from our provider) to resolve
Serve as Backup for Digital Commerce Support specialist - assisting customers and employees with day‑day questions and problems relating to our E‑Commerce tools.

What you'll need:
Work Experience : 3 years' experience with B2B digital commerce applications or coordinating with digital commerce providers; 2 years' experience analyzing and acting upon digital commerce reporting metrics
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
Analytics/Computer Skills:
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with project management tools; broad familiarity with all areas of Business to Business (B2B) E-Commerce - including Web Commerce, Vendor Managed Inventory, and System Integrations (EDI, cXML, REST API's, etc)
Organizational Skills:
Excellent organizational and project management skills; strong attention to detail
Cross-functional skills:
Ability to work well cross-functionally

Strong internal and external communication skills
