Currently looking for an experienced Revenue Cycle Director to fill a permanent opening with an acute care hospital in the state of Wyoming. Interested candidates should have 5 years of hospital focused Revenue Cycle experience as well as prior experience in leading/managing others. Client is setting up interviews now!

Responsibilities of the Sr. Director of Revenue Cycle

• Reports to the CFO
• Provides technical and leadership on all aspects of the Revenue Cycle Department including admitting, coding, HIM Billing and Collections.
• Develop, interpret and enforce Revenue Policies. Attends required meeting and training. Analyze key performance indicator data.

Requirements of the Sr. Director of Revenue Cycle

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related discipline.
• 5+ years of hospital Revenue Cycle experience
• Previous leadership/supervisory experience is required
