JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education : BC/BE in Hospital Medicine. Licensed in the State of Arkansas.
• Experience : Experience as a Hospital Medicine Physician. Meets requirements for medical staff privileges at St. Bernards Medical Center.
• Physical : This is a safety-sensitive position. Refer to the St. Bernards Substance Abuse Policy. Typical office environment. Requires close eye work, hearing normal and soft tones, standing, walking, sitting, finger dexterity, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs. May be exposed to airborne and infectious materials.

JOB SUMMARY

Provide inpatient, observation, and emergency healthcare at St. Bernards Medical Center. Responsibilities include assessing patient health, formulating differential diagnoses, developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, providing consultation to physicians, and directing staff. Independent judgment is required.
