The Role: Clinical Director
You’ll balance hands-on clinical work with purposeful leadership. Working alongside our Hospital Manager, Amanda Sloan, you will help shape the future of our hospital while supporting a team that truly values what you bring.
You will:
- Lead clinical excellence and set the standard for patient care
- Support, coach, and mentor DVMs and support staff
- Foster a collaborative, positive, growth-focused culture
- Oversee clinical protocols and ensure best-practice medicine
- Partner with hospital leadership to drive strategy and operational success
- Build trusting, lasting relationships with our clients and community
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of clinical experience
- Strong surgical and diagnostic confidence
- Interest or experience in surgery, dentistry, and ultrasound
- A natural communicator and relationship-builder
- A growth mindset with the ability to inspire and uplift others

$200,000- $220,000 ( 4days a week)
