We are currently seeking an energetic and dedicated Activity Director with experience working with seniors and leading a team!

Schedule: Full Time

Salary: $62,360-64,000 annually – based on experience

Activities Director Responsibilities

  • Manages all aspects of the Activity Program
  • Supervise, develop, and schedule all Activity staff to include drivers and activity assistants according to PSL policies, procedures, and standards
  • Responsible for ordering and maintaining adequate Activity department supplies
  • Ensure that activity rooms/areas are prepared for scheduled activity program
  • Manages the PSL Discovery Tool (Social History and Assessment), including completing monthly activity calendar, and all move in actions related to activities for all residents

Activities Director Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation or related field with one-year related experience and/or training preferred OR
  • Associate degree in Therapeutic Recreation or related field with related work experience OR
  • 3-5 years full-time experience working with adult recreation
