About the Role

The Clinical Director is a leader of the Patient Care team, responsible for holistic business leadership of their clinic and partnering with all Clinic Directors nationwide. They lead a team of Physical Therapists, Clinic Coordinators and a Senior Clinic Coordinator. You must currently be a licensed Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

  • Perform the tasks associated with the duties and responsibilities of a Physical Therapist.
  • Deliver and sustain performance across core operational and cultural metrics, including visit volume targets, utilization percentage goals, EBITDA and financial contribution targets, patient satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores, staff engagement, retention, and turnover metrics.
  • Lead and execute strategic initiatives that drive clinical, operational, and financial improvement; implement and champion new programs and pilots.
  • Lead change management during clinic growth, process improvement or reorganization.
  • Serve as part of the national Clinical Leadership Team, providing leadership and support to peer clinics and satellite locations.
  • Mentor and onboard new Clinical Directors, Lead Physical Therapists and other emerging leaders.
  • Full P&L ownership and accountability for clinic financial results; analyze financial and operational reports, and identify revenue growth opportunities.
  • Build a positive, high‑performance clinic culture, lead effective team meetings, provide coaching and feedback, and communicate goals transparently.
  • Oversee recruitment, hiring and onboarding of new team members, develop pipeline of future clinical leaders and support professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Georgia.
  • Strong interest in pelvic floor physical therapy.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
  • Experience leading a multidisciplinary team or managing a clinical practice preferred.

Compensation

Pay range: $90,000 – $125,000 USD per year (Atlanta).

Employment Type

Full‑time, exempt, at‑will employment. No travel required.
