About : The Clinical Director will oversee all aspects of clinical programming and supervision, ensuring that therapeutic services are delivered with excellence, compassion, and compliance. This leader will play a critical role in staff development, regulatory adherence, and the ongoing enhancement of clinical operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and supervision to clinical staff, including therapists, case managers, and support staff.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of all clinical programs.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, accreditation standards (e.g., Joint Commission, CARF), and internal policies.
- Conduct regular audits of clinical documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and quality.
- Facilitate staff meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities.
- Approve and oversee treatment plans, assessments, and discharge summaries.
- Intervene as needed with clients, families, and referral sources (e.g., crisis intervention, escalated care needs).
- Collaborate with leadership on program outcomes, client satisfaction, and operational improvements.
- Promote a culture of trauma-informed, evidence-based, and ethical care delivery.
Qualifications
- LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LSW + credentialed or eligible to supervise BA-level clinicians
- Experience in for-profit mental healthcare

Base pay range : $100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
