About The Centers

The Centers is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and a Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) in Cleveland, Ohio. The Centers provides comprehensive care for medically underserved individuals, especially those with mental health conditions and substance use disorders.
