Responsibilities
- Provide medical leadership, set clinical standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Mentor and develop associate veterinarians, technicians, and support staff.
- Partner with hospital management to drive operational excellence and client satisfaction.
- Maintain a clinical caseload, focusing on quality medicine and patient care.
- Represent Red Rocks Animal Center within the community and support partnerships with local rescue organizations.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary ($150,000–$170,000) with high earning potential
