Duties & Responsibilities
- Design, launch, and lead JumpstartMD’s new Healthspan and Longevity Program, focusing on science‑backed prevention and personalized hormonal and metabolic health optimization.
- Deliver preventive and personalized clinical care to patients through in‑person and virtual visits.
- Collaborate with and train our team of clinicians, nutritionists, and health coaches to ensure continuity and quality of care.
- Contribute to the evolution of our clinical protocols and educational content, helping to set the gold standard for longevity medicine.
- Mentor the clinical team to ensure consistent, compassionate, and outcomes‑focused care.
- Leverage technology and tools—including our custom JumpstartMD app and AI support tools—to enhance patient care and clinical efficiency.
Qualifications And Requirements
- MD or DO, board‑certified.
- Minimum three (3) years of clinical experience in longevity or functional medicine.
- Minimum two (2) years of clinical experience focused on perimenopause/menopause care.
- Minimum of five (5) years of direct patient care experience.
- Minimum two (2) years of telehealth experience.
- Talent for building systems and protocols that ensure clinical consistency across a growing team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a tone rooted in empathy, clarity, and trust.
- Multi‑state medical licenses are a plus.
- Highly proficient with clinical technology, EMR systems, and digital care tools.
- Team‑oriented with a strong desire to help elevate care across a multidisciplinary team.
