Sales Engineer
Responsible of offer preparation, selling and negotiate the prices and contract's conditions according to Schindler policy. Complete sales of new Schindler facilities in line with the business plan and internal procedures. Applying the SRM and commercial policy for sales of NI, ensuring the signature of contract, approval on drawings & collection of the advance payments. Record all relevant account and contract details into the appropriate systems and complete the necessary documentation. Ensure the management of collections of all the new sales. Manage customer claims. Maintain the necessary level of competitor information. Implement sales processes and tools for NI sales. Ensure data accuracy in NI sales reporting. Work jointly with the application engineering to check technical specifications of complex NI tenders/contracts. Safety: Ensure the implementation of safety & health processes. Education and specialty: Top qualifications Bachelor degree "Engineering Mechanical or Electrical". Specific training and qualification: Computer skills at advanced level. Advanced English. High level of communication skills. Customer orientation. Commercial talent (communicator, planning and management). People orientation. Experience required: 2+ years being employed at the sector or as Sales Engineer.
