As a Clubline Representative (Training Role), you will join our elite Concierge Team, proudly serving Invited Members across the country. Clubline is Invited's premier, white-glove concierge service, delivering highly personalized, high-touch support tailored to the unique needs and preferences of each member. Our team facilitates over 1,500 member interactions daily, ensuring every conversation reflects the elevated standards and exceptional service Invited is known for. With a team of more than 20 dedicated professionals, we are passionate about creating seamless, memorable experiences that exceed expectations and uphold the Invited brand promise. This role is 100% remote. Day-to-day: Maintain a positive, professional, and service-oriented demeanor during member interactions Deliver timely and precise assistance for reservation requests via phone, email, and chat Provide thoughtful and courteous responses to inquiries from members, peers, and leadership Maintain a working knowledge of over 500 club properties and associated services About you: Warm, engaging, and polished communication style Ability to anticipate needs and offer thoughtful, personalized solutions Comfortable navigating change and evolving processes in a fast-moving environment Strong typing skills and confidence in navigating multiple systems simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-starter with a strong sense of accountability and dependability Bilingual skills are a plus and highly valued Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality-focused role Comfortable using technology; at least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or similar platforms Previous experience in a call center or contact center environment is preferred High school diploma or equivalent required Must be available to work a schedule of Monday

Friday 8:30am

5:00pm/CST. Some holidays required. Laptop is provided. You must be able to maintain work at home requirements which include a professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk and a high-speed internet connection with minimum data transfer speed of 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps (megabytes per second).
