Key responsibilities include: Conduct tours of properties for prospective residents, highlighting features and amenities. Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing detailed information about available units. Negotiate lease terms and prepare lease agreements in compliance with local regulations. Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, applications, and resident communications. Collaborate with property management team to ensure units are move-in ready. Market properties through online platforms, social media, and community outreach. Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge. Address resident concerns and provide exceptional customer service to enhance resident satisfaction. Requirements: Qualifications required: Minimum of 2 years of experience in leasing, real estate, sales, or customer service. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or leasing targets. Experience using property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, or similar). Familiarity with local, state, and federal fair housing laws and regulations.
